A rich and velvety European style drinking chocolate, handcrafted using ethically sourced cocoa beans from Sambirano valley in Madagascar. Mixed with crushed pieces of natural peppermint candy.
Using the finest cacao and traditional techniques, Dick Taylor Chocolate is carefully crafted from the bean in their small factory in Northern California
Mixing Directions:
- Heat 1/2 cup milk (of your choice)in a small saucepan until steaming (not yet boiling).
- Add 1/4 cup drinking chocolate and whisk vigorously over low heat until all chocolate is completely melted.
- Pour into espresso mug, sip and enjoy.
For a lighter version use water: for decadence, use cream.
