Medlock Ames: The Winery was formed in 1998 by college best friends, Chris Medlock James and Ames Morison, who set out to produce award-winning wines from Bell Mountain Ranch. Strongly believing in reviving elegance in agriculture, they strive to maintain a natural balance in the vineyards and surrounding forest area. They bring a philosophy of minimal intervention to the vineyards while practicing traditional techniques translating to a winemaking focus - crafting wines from grapes they grow themselves at Bell Mountain vineyard.
